Wu Guochun Secretary of the NEFU CPC Committee

Wu Guochun(1955.06-), Male, Han nationality, was born in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province. He started working in 1972, and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1976. He is a Ph.D., professor, and doctoral supervisor.

He is a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Secretary of the NEFU CPC Committee.

He first served as a middle school teacher, and anofficer in the Policy Research Office of the Qiqihar Municipal Committee. He then moved to be Vice Dean of the Teaching College of NEFU, later as Party Branch Secretary, Vice Director, and Director of the NEFU Academic Affairs Office. In January 1998, he was promoted to become a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee, and Secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection. In April 2001, he heldthe post of a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee, Deputy Secretary of the NEFU CPC Committee, and Secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection. In March 2007, he was a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Vice President of NEFU. Since August 2010, he has taken office as a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Secretary of the NEFU CPC Committee.
