Li Fengri(1963.08-) Male, Korean nationality, was born in Shangzhi, Heilongjiang Province. He started working in July, 1987. He is a member of both the Communist Party of China and the China Democratic League. He is a Ph.D. in Agronomy, professor and doctoral supervisor.

He is a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Vice President.

He successively served as the teacher of the School of Forestry.Deputy Dean of the School of Forestry, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology, Executive Deputy Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology, Executive Deputy Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology and Director of 2011 Plan Office, Dean of the School of Forestry, Assistant President of the Northeast Forestry University. In November 2019, he was appointed as the Vice President of the Northeast Forestry University.
