Luo Wenhu(1974.09-) Male, Han nationality, was born in Beipiao, Liaoning Province. He started working in April, 2000. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is a Ph.D. in Management and master supervisor.

He is a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Vice President.

He successively served as the teacher of the College of Humanities and Social Science of the Northeast Forestry University, member of the Organization Department of the NEFU CPC Committee, Office Director of the NEFU Party School, Director of the Organizer Office, Deputy Director of the School Office, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Director of the Announcement Department of the NEFU CPC Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Administration, and the Director of the School Office.In October 2018, he was appointed as the standing committee memberof the NEFU CPC Committeeand Vice President of the Northeast Forestry University.
