Li Shunlong(1963.09-) Male, Han nationality, was born in Laizhou, Shandong Province. He started working in July, 1984, and joined the Communist Party of China in July, 1986. He is a Ph.D., professor, and doctoral supervisor.

He is a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Vice President.

He first served as a teacher in NEFU, then second and first Secretary in the Science and Technology Office of the Chinese Embassy in France. Later he held the post of Deputy Director in the Science and Technology Office of NEFU, Secretary of the CPC General Branch in the College of Economics and Management of NEFU, Director and Party Branch Secretary in the Financial Management Office. Since October 2011, he has taken office as a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee, and Vice President of NEFU.
