Liu Shouxin(1972.04-) Male, Mongol nationality, was born in Kazuo, Liaoning Province. He started working in July, 1997. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is a Ph.D. in Engineering, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He became the specially-appointed professor of the Yangtze River Scholar Program in 2015. He was also awarded the title of Scientific and Technological Innovation Leading Talent of the Ten Thousand Talents Program.

He is a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Vice President.

He successively served as the member of the Science and Technology Office, Deputy Chief of the Achievements Division of the Science and Technology Office, Chief of the Achievements Division of the Science and Technology Office, teacher of the College of Material Science and Engineering (visiting scholar and post-doctor in the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Science), Chief of the Platform Construction Management Division in the Institute of Science and Technology, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology and Chief of the Platform Construction Management Division, and Dean of the College of Material Science and Engineering. Since October 2018,he has taken office as the standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Vice President of NEFU.
