Hainan International College of Northeast Forestry University (HIC-NEFU) is a secondary college of Northeast Forestry University (NEFU) established in the Lingshui Li’an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone, Hainan Province, under the Cooperation Agreement between the Hainan Provincial Department of Education and Northeast Forestry University signed in February 2024.
