Zhai Xuefeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Northeast Forestry University, is male, of Han ethnicity, born in June 1972, a member of the Communist Party of China, has a postgraduate certificate and a doctoral degree. He previously served as Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Northeast Forestry University, Director of the Teaching Supervision Office and concurrently Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Director of the Academic Affairs Office and concurrently Director of the Teaching Supervision Office and Director of the Center for Faculty Teaching Development, Director of the Party Committee Publicity Department and concurrently Director of the Party Committee Faculty Affairs Department and Director of the News and Publicity Center, Director of the Party Committee Organization Department and concurrently Executive Vice President of the Party School, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Director of the Party Committee Organization Department and concurrently Executive Vice President of the Party School, and Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President. Since March 2021, he has concurrently served as Director of the Party Committee United Front Work Department and Secretary of the Party Committee of the University Administration.

He was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Northeast Forestry University in July 2025.
