Yu Haipeng, male, Han nationality, born in August 1978, CPC member, has a doctorate degree, professor, doctoral supervisor. He formerly served as the Deputy Dean of the College of Materials Science and Engineering, the Director of the Platform Management Office and Deputy Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology, the Dean of the Institute of Science and Technology and Director of the “2011 Plan” Office, and the Director of the Center for Technological Achievements Transformation.

In January 2024, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Northeast Forestry University.
