Li Guibin, male, Han ethnicity, was born in October 1980. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a master’s degree. He currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at Northeast Forestry University.

He previously served as Deputy Director of the Office of Assets and Laboratory Management at Northeastern University; Deputy Director of the President’s Office (Petitions Office); Director of the Hunnan Campus Administrative Committee; and Director of the Human Resources Department (Teacher Development Center), while concurrently serving as Head of the Party Committee’s Teacher Affairs Department.

In March 2026, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at Northeast Forestry University.
