Zhang Chunlei, male, Han nationality, born in June 1979, CPC member, has a doctorate degree. He formerly served as the Deputy Director of the Discipline Construction Office, the Deputy Director of the Development Planning and Discipline Construction Office, the Deputy Director of the Personnel and Expert Department, and the Director of the Personnel Department.

In January 2024, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Northeast Forestry University.
