On November 21st, the National Intellectual Property Administration of China hosted the 2023 Intellectual Property Information Public Service Key Point Exchange and Seminar, along with the Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) International Exchange Meeting in Shenzhen. During the event, a ceremony was held to mark the continuation of operations for the first term of the third batch of TISCs following their completion of a three-year assessment. The TISC of Northeast Forestry University, being part of this third batch, successfully passed the three-year evaluation and was once again accredited.

Since its initiation in 2019 and official approval in 2020, the Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) at NEFU has become a part of the third batch of TISC service organizations in China accredited by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Over the years, NEFU has continuously improved its intellectual property management by enhancing infrastructure, establishing service standards, and upgrading service capabilities. By consolidating service resources, the TISC has effectively helped innovators enhance their technical information retrieval skills, enabling them to more swiftly understand industry trends and new technological information. This support has strengthened their innovation capacity and increased their core competitive edge.
