The E-course Live BroadcastMilitary Theory Course,by the guidance and support from Department of Physical, Health and Arts Education of Ministry of Education of China, is given by the professional teachers from National Defense University, Naval Command College and other institutions. Among them, many famous generals including General Yang Liwei, General Yin Zhuo have acted as guest speakers to give students the first-hand military affairs interpretation and professional knowledge. The curriculum exerts a silent yet lasting impact on students, and inspires their patriotism.

Introduction of the guest speaker:

Born in September 1945, Major General Yin Zhuo, whose father is Major General Yin Minliang, is a member of the Communist Party of China. At present he holds an office as the Director of the Naval Information Advisory Committee and is a postdoctoral tutor group leader. As an outstanding military expert, he also holds the following positions: Vice Chairman of the Chinese Private Enterprise Federation Advisory Committee, CPPCC member, guest host of the CCTVMilitary Lianliankanand other programs, Director of the Navy Information Expert Committee, Senior Researcher of the Comprehensive Research Institute of People’s Liberation Army Navy Equipment Demonstration Research Center. Served as Director of the Navy Strategic Institute, General Yin Zhuo has long engaged in the military academic research such as naval strategy, naval battle, and naval development strategy.

Other positions he holds are as follows: member of the Eleventh National Committee of the CPPCC, member of the General Assembly Science and Technology Commission, consultant of the General Assembly National Defense System Analysis Group, member of the Advisory Committee of the National Informatization Experts; Distinguished Professor of the China International Strategic Institute; Distinguished Professor of the National Defense University, Distinguished Expert of the Academy of Military Sciences Professor of the International Security Strategy; expert on naval tactics, navy battle science and naval equipment; researcher and drafter of the general report on national defense in theDevelopment of National Science and Technology; researcher and drafter of naval strategy and naval development strategy. In addition, he has presided over dozens of military and naval major research, a number of reports on joint operations under the conditions of the Navy campaign simulation and exercises, and major practical issues given by the Military Commission, Headquarters and the Navy.

He has also published a number of monographs and reference books includingToday's Taiwan,Modern American Navy,World Ship Yearbook,American Navy Equipment Manual,Russian Navy Equipment Manual,French Navy Equipment Manual, and more than 100 academic papers of over 100 million words.
