On May, 15, the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering successfully held the first business forumCareer Plan and Operational Strategyin the Students Activity Center in Yi Feng Yuan. The forum invitedWang Xuanting, HR director of Heilongjiang Evergrande, Zhao Zimin, HR manager of Heilongjiang Agricultural Products Group Company, and Wang Pengyu, product and regional manager of Heilongjiang Midea Marketing Center.
Three guests gave speeches on different aspects during the two and half hours forum. EntitledFly the dreams without forgetting your initial mind, Director Wang Xunting detailed analyzed the current employment environment, and took her own career development as an example to interactively share the job-hunting skills with students. Manger Zhao Zimin interpreted career planning and “occupationalanchor” from goal orientation, ability orientation, opportunity orientation and other aspects, and analyzed that kinds of elite that companies are looking for. As an interviewer, Manger Li Pengyu, taking a sales position as an example, introduced selective dimensions for campus recruitment from appearance, moral, and ability. He also shared the related information for attending interviews. More than 300 students coming from 14 undergraduate colleges attended the forum. Followed by the speeches, guests patiently answered the students’ questions.
On May, 19, the second forum invitedLow-voltage InverterProduct LineDirectorMou Chao and Recruitment Manager Liu Na from Huichuan Technology Co., Ltd. to answer students’ questions and doubts in Room 722, Cheng Dong Building. From the perspective of the development of technology companies, the two representatives expressed the importance of choice, insistence, health, and study in how to choose companies, ensure positions, and achieve success.
