From July 21 to 27, the first military training for students of Heilongjiang Province was successfully held in the comprehensive training team of Heilongjiang military area. 8 students from our university participated in the training together with other representatives from 9 universities. Under the guide of teacher Zhao Gaojia, 8 students from NEFU participated and cooperated actively. Through their hard working, NEFU won the “superior university award”, “best exhibition award for NBC protection subject”, and other four personal honors.

The training camp is rich in content and profound in meaning. In the teaching class of military theory, the students listened carefully to the General’s unique views on national defense. The General declassified the military high-technology, and analyzed the strategy of the new situation. In the military skills training, the students participated in light weapons firing, NBC protection, and battlefield medical rescue. The students went to the dog training team to watch the training of the army dogs, and went to the dormitory of the army officers finding out the orderly housekeeping and strict discipline of their work and rest. In the military cultural activities, everyone offers shows and performances, then in the students’ speech contest, they expressed contemporary youths’ dream of a strong army.

During the seven days, in accordance with the military standard, the students are self-restrictive, and make friendship with the instructors and the students from other universities. Everyone says that it is a great honor to have this opportunity to spend some time with the soldiers and get to know their lives. They will keep the high efficiency, high-quality military style, and strive to make China much stronger.
