With the purpose of strengthening the specialization of the guidance and service for the employment and entrepreneurship of college students in Heilongjiang province and providing appropriate and effective orientation and service for the students, the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province launched the 2017 selection for the expert bank of employment and entrepreneurship guidance of the institutions of higher learning in Heilongjiang province. The total of 193 candidates were recommended by 41 higher institutions and finally 100 of them from universities and enterprises were appointed as specialists of the expert bank of employment and entrepreneurship guidance of higher institutions in Heilongjiang province. When the notification was released, NEFU immediately initiated the selection and recommendation within our departments and colleges. Through extensive recommendation and expert evaluation, five teachers of NEFU, Yang Suhua, Xuan Ling, Cao Ying, Gao Lulu and Liu Tiantian were offered appointment as specialists of the expert bank of employment and entrepreneurship guidance of Heilongjiang province.

NEFU is consistent in fostering a specialist team that is specialized and professional in the guidance and service for the employment and entrepreneurship of college students. A number of teachers have been involved in the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of students. Multiple teachers have been instructors and judges in the competition of career planning and entrepreneurship blueprint for college students at provincial and university levels, acted as lecturers in the activities organized by the province to provide training on campus and instructors in a wide variety of trainings for the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of college students at different levels, offering career counseling and employment and entrepreneurship orientation for NEFU students and playing an irreplaceable part in the guidance and service for employment and entrepreneurship of college students. The appointment of the five NEFU teachers as specialists of the expert bank of employment and entrepreneurship guidance of Heilongjiang province highlights the accomplishments of the specialization and professionalization of employment and entrepreneurship instructors of NEFU.
