Recently, the 2017 TEM 4 results were posted. NEFU’s pass rate is up to 89.61%, 8.18 higher than last year. Our university’s pass rate is 41.07 percentage points higher than the national average rate (48.54%), and 32.35 higher than that of science/technology universities (57.26%).

TEM 4 is an English proficiency test aimed for grade 2 college students major in English, organized by the ELT Advisory Board under the Ministry of Education. It is an important means organized by the Ministry of Education to measure the education quality and level of all universities inChina. The fact that the TEM 4 pass rate of NEFU has been increased indicates that the quality of foreign language teaching has been increasing.
