In 2017, Heilongjiang province implemented a new “Longjiang Scholar Support Program”. The “Support Program” implements the strategy of “strengthening the province through science and technology” and “strengthening the universities with talents”. It aims to strengthen the construction of high-level talent team in colleges and universities in our province, select a group of academic leaders with leading domestic or international level, and promote the professional ability and academic research level of young talents, especially of the top talents.
