From December 11 to 13, the Third National Food Engineering Practice Training Comprehensive Ability Competition (Final) of the Oubeier Cup was held at the Hebei Agricultural University. The league composed of Jiang Lai, Liu Jinze and Gu Jiaxuan, majoring in food science and engineering of 2019 in the School of Forestry of NEFU, won the first prize of the competition under the guidance of Mr. Guo Qingqi, Bao Yihong and Cheng Qian.
The competition is guided by the Food Science and Engineering Professional Education Steering Committee of Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education, hosted by the Food Professional Committee of the Environmental Chemistry Working Committee of the National Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Innovation Alliance, and the Organizing Committee of the National Food Professional Engineering Practice Comprehensive Ability Competition. It is well-known in the field of food science and engineering majors, and is the most influential national college students discipline competition. A total of 101 colleges and universities and 267 teams from the southern, northern and western divisions, more than 800 students participated in this competition.
