About the Reporter

Alexander Pimenov, Ph.D. in Botany, director of Forest Botany Research Laboratory, deputy director of Savu Chuck Forest Research Institute, Siberia branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, is an expert on woody plant and genecology. He has published more than 150 papers as first author or co-author, including 40 over peer review articles.

About the Reporter

Tamara Sedelnikova, Ph.D. in Botany, senior research scientist of Savu Chuck Forest Research Institute, Siberia branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, is a specialist in coniferous cytogenetics, reproductive biology and ecology. He became the member of the Russian Botanical Society in 1991, the member of the Ukraine Vavilov Gene and Breeding Association in 2012, and the director of the Independent Public Environmental Chambers of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Government Council in 2007. He won the A.B.Zukov Prize of forest science in 1993, and the President Award of the Russian Academy of Sciences on its 275th anniversary in 1999. He attended more than 40 international and domestic academic conferences, and has close cooperation with researchers from Czech, Bulgaria, and Ukraine etc. He is also the associate editor of Sibirskij Lesnoj Zurnal, and reviewing expert of Ekologiya, Sibirskiy Ekologicheskiy Zhurnal, Lesovedenie, and Acta Bot. Croatica.
