About the Speaker

Matthew Pope now serves as Grafton forest executive in New South Wales Forest Administration of Australia. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Forestry of the University of Melbourne, and his master’s degree from the Department of Forestry of the Australian National University. For many years, he has been dedicated to the cultivation and development of artificial forests. He boasts rich experience in forest fire management, lumber production and forest management.
