To introduce one concept on specialized accreditation (i.e. result-oriented education concept), three focuses (i.e. reverse design, student-centered teaching and sustainable improvement), and three reforms (i.e. reforms on curriculum system, teaching and evaluation)

About the Speaker

Li Zhiyi is the president of the Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. He is a professor, doctoral supervisor, national teaching master and national inspector.  He is also the member of the Ministry of Education Discipline Development and Specialty Establishment Committee, the Expert Committee on the Evaluation of Undergraduate Teaching Work in the Colleges and Universities of China, and the National Engineering Education Accreditation Committee. He serves as the vice director in the National Steering Committee for Mechanical Science, the director in the National Steering Committee for Process Equipment and Control Engineering, and the National Panel of Undergraduate Training Program for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He has won one National Science and Technology Progress Award, one National Teaching Achievement award, two Provincial-level Scientific and Technological Progress Awards, and five Provincial-level Teaching Achievement Awards. His study fields are on supercritical fluid technology, ultra-high pressure process technology, and higher education. He has published more than 300 research papers and 7 textbooks and monographs.
