About the Speaker

Wang Haiyun (1964.10-) Male, is a CPC member. He holds a Master’s degree, and is a senior research engineer. He serves as the deputy general manager and general engineer of Heilongjiang Construction Group. He is also the leader of provincial level leading talents echelon, and specialist enjoying special allowance of the State Council. His professional affiliations include the vice-chairman of the Architectural Engineering Technical Committee of the China Construction Industry Association, vice-president of the Construction Enterprise Management and Labor Management Branch of the China Construction Industry Association, vice-president of the Engineering Construction Quality Management Branch of the China Construction Industry Association, evaluation expert of the National Luban Prize, assessor of the National First-Class Architect etc. He holds the certificates of the National Registered First-class Architect, Registered Supervision Engineer, and Certified Safety Engineer. He is also the master supervisor of architecture and civil engineering of NEFU, visiting professor of the East University of Heilongjiang. He has published 3 academic papers in recent 5 years, obtained 2 patents for inventions, and several awards including one second prize, and one third prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, one first prize, five second prizes, and one third prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards of Urban and Rural Construction. He hosted and compiled one National Industry Standard and one Provincial Industry Standard. He acquired fifteen utility model patents. He hosted one project sponsored by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction, one project sponsored by the Heilongjiang Special Fund for the Development of High and New Technology Industries, and one Heilongjiang cooperation project.
