About the Speaker
Dr. Chun Hung Lee, born in 1973, received Doctoral Degree in Applied Economics at National Chung Hsing University in January, 2004. At present, Dr. Chun Hung Lee is an associate professor of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Science, National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan, who is mainly engaged in the research on Community Involvement, Ecological Tourism and Assessment of Ecological Economy and has published 32 SSCI and TSSCI papers. Dr. Chun Hung Lee has undertaken or participated in 36 research programs and interdisciplinary research programs, whose major achievement is to apply the relevant theory and concept of outdoor recreation and ecological economy to conduct economic assessment of various conservation areas and discuss the budget allocation policy and management plan in accordance with the connotations and principles of ecosystem. Currently, with the cooperation of NEFU, Dr. Chun Hung Lee has completed the programsCan Capture the Tourist’s Preference towards the Panda’s Tour Package in ChinaandIntegrating the Multiple Aspects into Park Management. In the future, Dr. Chun Hung Lee will continue to cooperate with NEFU research teams to conduct the programs such asConstruction and Application of the Tourism Experience Modeof Hulunbuir Prairie, Inner MongoliaandAssessment of the Conservation Valueof Endangered SpeciesandExploration on the Division and Management Plan of Conservation Areas.
