On January 9th, the signing ceremony for the NEFU jointly built Provincial Public Service Advertising Creation Center with the Harbin Culture-science-technology Fusion Demonstration Base was held in Harbin Haxin Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base. Ren Xuwei, director of the Harbin Culture-science-technology Fusion Demonstration Base, and Gong Liming, vice director of the advertising major at College of Humanities and Law, on behalf of both of the parties, signed the agreement.

The office location, necessary funding, and policy guidance of the Heilongjiang Public Service Advertising Creation Center are supported by the Culture-science-technology Fusion Demonstration Base. The NEFU College of Humanities and Law selected teachers responsible for the daily work and provided intellectual support of public advertisement research. The Center, supported by creative professionals in colleges, with creation and technology as core, and based on the Culture-science-technology Fusion Demonstration Base, aims to explore the communication rules of public service advertising, to strengthen the construction of public service advertisement think tanks, to establish the Public Service Advertisement Library and creation transmission platform, so as to improve the level of the creative public service advertising, to help public service advertising carry forward the positive effect of the socialist core values, and to provide practical motivation and intellectual support for public service advertising in our Province.

The jointly built Public Service Advertising Creation Center is another example of the exploration of “public welfare oriented” talent-training mode of the advertising program in our university, and it constitutes a complete system of theoretical research and creative practice with the Heilongjiang Public Advertising Research Base (jointly built with Heilongjiang Commercial Bureau).
