On May 12th, the “Ruipeng Star Growth Plan” special training classes (hereinafter referred to as “Ruipeng Special Training Class”) was formally begun by the College of Wildlife Resources and Ruipeng Pet Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. It was officially set up in the meeting room 333 of the College of Wildlife Resources. 57 veterinary medicine graduates became the first students of Ruipeng Special Training Class, opening a new model of university-enterprise cooperation education.
At present, most animal medicine graduates grasp rich theoretical knowledge but lack practice. The “Ruipeng Special Training Class” was established on the basis of such phenomenon. It is a new cooperative education model concluded through preparations and negotiations of both the schools and enterprises. It integrates production, study, and research into one so that all parties benefit. Before employment, the business will offer trainings to the employees to support talents. Colleges further enrich the means of education and resources to improve the effectiveness of education. Students obtain access to corporate resources to fully understand the industry situation and enhance their overall quality.
The “Ruipeng Special Training Class” project is a further cooperative strategy proposed by the college after it offered participation in the “Eagle Cup” small animal physician skills contest carried out by Ruipeng Group in order to enhance students' professional skills and professional quality. This was after the two sides worked together to establish the “Scientific research, teaching and internship base” and actively created a mutually beneficial and common development atmosphere with good educational results. The project is of great importance for the integration of students into both society and the enterprise and to become the professionals that every business needs. It is also important for promoting the healthy development of the small animal medical industry.
The party secretary Xiao Xianghong and Ruipeng pet medical group assistant/administrative and human resources director Li Li signed a university-enterprise cooperation agreement. Vice President Zheng Dong announced that the structure of “Ruibeng Special Training Class” and the list of students. The “Ruipeng Special Training Class” was formally established. Student representative Chen Nan in the statement expressed the confidence in and expectation for the future of the class; Cao Yuqi presented her calligraphy works and expressed the sincerity and warmth of the 57 students. After the ceremony, Ms. Li Li also briefed the students on the Ruipeng Group and the “Ruipeng Special Training Classes” project, inviting students to join the pet medical industry in the future development and growth work.
In order to promote the construction of the class, on May 13th, the “Ruipeng Special Training Class” students of NEFU and of the Northeast Agricultural University have launched the first phase of the training camp. Through one day of quality development training, the students broadened their horizons, opened up their thinking and had a new experience.
