The Fourth China-Russia Expo and the 28th China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair were held from June15thto 19that the Harbin International Convention Center. Professor Wang Shuyang from NEFU took the project “Agricultural and Forestry Wastes Become Fuel Oil, Petroleum and Fertilizer” to the exhibition, and the project won much attention of many officials from the Heilongjiang provincial Party committee and government, many enterprises, and investors.
The project has been created, researched and developed over the course of 20 years by the team led by Professor Wang Shuyang, and now has achieved a high technical project of industrialization, which uses Level 4.0 technology of biomass development and utilization in China. Thanks to advanced technology and a huge potential of industrialization, the project won attention from industries of biomass development and utilization, environmental protection, petroleum, chemical engineering, building materials, non-ferrous metallurgy, papermaking, heating, generate electricity, aviation and building characteristic towns and investors. Among them, an Indian company wanted to introduce this technology and used it on agricultural straws and shard and creating and selling clean fuel and organic fertilizer. Many enterprises in China, like some in Hebei, Guangdong, Jilin, Henan, Hunan have already applied for regional agency or developing and popularizing this project together.
During the exhibition, Chen Haibo, the Vice Secretary of Heilongjiang provincial Party committee and the Secretary of Harbin municipal Party committee, Jia Yumei, the Vice Provincial Governor of Heilongjiang, and other officials of government, like He Huilong and Hu Yafeng, attended this exhibition and had a cordial talk with Professor Wang Shuyang. They asked about the research and development situation, process of industrialization, extension, investing demand and the problems and difficulties of extension in details. And, they also pointed that this technology should be popularized in Heilongjiang and play an important role in the prohibition of burning stalks and the industrialized usage of stalk resources.
