Recently, the Fourth China-Russia Expo and the 28th China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair was brought to a successful close. NEFU sent 82 volunteers who successfully finished many tasks, including consulting of exhibition, guidance, media reception, etc. Guo Jia and 20 other volunteers were awarded the honorable title of “Excellent Volunteer”, and NEFU won the prize of “Excellent Organizing of Volunteering Work”.

During this Expo, the volunteers sent by NEFU finished their tasks according to six batches, and were distributed in 3 areas and 10 different positions. They mainly took charge of consulting and guidance. Volunteers from NEFU practiced concept of volunteering actively, trying to become the spreaders and advocators of the volunteering spirit, and perfectly interpreted the volunteering spirit, “dedication, fraternal unity, mutual aid and progress”.

During the exhibition, the achievements of the volunteers from NEFU were reported on people.com.cn, by the Heilongjiang Communist Youth League and other media. The Secretary of Heilongjiang Communist Youth League, Li Haoyan, and the Vice Secretary of Heilongjiang Communist Youth League, Wang Shubin, were present and expressed their sincere gratitude to all of the volunteers.
