Recently, the results of “Figures (Teachers) with the Most Beautiful Personality in Heilongjiang” were announced. Yu Haipeng from the College of Material Science and Engineering was nominated for the award.

To propagate advanced teachers and their deeds in our province, further stimulate the work enthusiasm of teachers, encourage educators to make contributions to the development of Heilongjiang, and to welcome the convening of the 19th CPC National Congress with excellent results, the provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, the provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and the provincial Department of Education carried out the selection campaign of“Figures (Teachers) with the Most Beautiful Personality in Heilongjiang”last April. After recommendation, voting, expert review, and a series of other procedures, Yang Desen and 9 others won the award for“Figures (Teachers) with the Most Beautiful Personality in Heilongjiang”, while Yu Haipeng and 19 others won the nomination award for “Figures (Teachers) with the Most Beautiful Personality in Heilongjiang”.

Most of the teachers who were commended come from grass-roots units. Some of them have made outstanding contributions in research and personnel training, some are ordinary teachers working in the remote, sparsely populated areas of China, some are head teachers who take their students as their own children, some are engaged in special education with all their love and care, and some have gone to Tibet to help the Tibetan students…

They are the epitome of the five hundred thousand teachers who adhere to the teaching and educating positions in Heilongjiang province. They not only show the spirit of these teachers, but also the loyalty to their duties and the selfless dedication to their work.

The Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department and other relevant departments call on the teachers and educators in Heilongjiang Province to learn from these teachers’ moral character and spirit, and make greater contributions to education.
