On December 21st, NEFU held a meeting of teachers and cadres in the International Conference Hall of College of Wildlife Resources, and announced the decision of the Party Group of the Ministry of Education to adjust the leadership of NEFU.
Fellows from theChinese Academy of Engineering, old leaders who have retired from the leadership positions of the school, leaders of the whole school, members of the two committees of the school, representatives and members at the municipal level or above, members of the academic committee of the school, academic leaders, person in charge of non-Communist parties, representativesof the retired teaching and administrative staff,andall middle-level cadres participated in this conference. Chen Wenhui, deputy secretary of the party committee, presided over the conference.
At the meeting, Li Bin, the president,read out the "Notice of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Education of CPC on the appointment and dismissal of Sun Meng and others," "Notice of the Ministry of Education ontheappointment and dismissal ofLi Shunlong and others,”"Notice of the Party Committee of the Northeast Forestry University ontheappointmentofSong Wenlong andothers.”The party group of the Ministry of Education agreed with the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, and appointed Sun Meng, Liu Shouxin and Luo Wenhu as members of the Standing Committee of the Northeast Forestry University Committee. The Ministry of Education appointed Li Shunlong, Sun Meng, Liu Shouxin, and Luo Wenhu as vice presidents of Northeast Forestry University, excludingZhou Hongli from the member of the Standing Committee of the Northeast Forestry University Committee and vice presidency. The Party Committee of NEFU appointed Song Wenlong and Li Fengri as assistants ofthe president.
The newly appointed vice presidents and assistants ofthe presidentspoke in turn at the meeting.
Sun Meng, the vice president, said that the new position represents new responsibility. In the future, he will work with higher standards and greater investments, and make the commitment of firm political determination and bearing the mission,learningwith humility andhard work,strictly abidingby the rules and obeyingthe overall situation,strengthening self-cultivation and integrity in the work. He said that he will work with the other leaders, unite the teachers and students to contribute to the constructionofNEFU.
Liu Shouxin, the vice president, said that he will be loyal to the party and enhance political awareness; thrive NEFU and serve the needs of the country; establish a sense of the overall situation; be honest and self-disciplined, and strictly observe the moral bottom line. He said that it is necessary to enter the role as soon as possible, to perform his duties better, to write a new era of NEFUendeavors, to work hard for the school's "double first-class" construction, and to continue topresentthe glory of NEFU.
Luo Wenhu, vice president, said that NEFU is both his own alma mater and spiritual home. He is willing to contribute his all to the reform and development of Northeast Forestry University. He said that it is necessary to be loyal to the party, to maintain the true nature of politics,to be courageous,to be honest and self-disciplined, to polish the foundation of the people, and to add luster to the beautiful future of NEFU.
Song Wenlong, assistantto the president, said that the new position will have new responsibilities and challenges. He will try his best tofulfill the duties, adjust the requirements of the new position as soon as possible, and make contribution to the education careers of NEFU.

Zhang Zhikun,party committee secretary,on behalf of the school party committee put forward requirements for the school'sleadership groupbuilding, the promotion of the school's work and the newleadermembers. He said that it is necessary to continuously strengthen the construction of the school leadershipgroup, create a good political ecology, and build a leadershipgroupwith a good structure and a reasonable echelon to continuously enhance the leadership andmanagementability of thegroup. He stressed that the construction of thegroupmust be of high standards and strict requirements. Thegroupmustholdtheir political standpointconstantly, put political responsibilities in the first place, be responsible for the party's working style and clean government, hold the bottom line, and effectively put the party's work style and clean government construction on the shoulders. Secretary Zhang expressedhishope to the newly appointed vice presidentsand assistants of thepresident.
