Recently, Chen Wenhui, vice secretary of the party committee, led a delegation to visit Chaoyang University of Technology and National Pingtung University of Science and Technology in Taiwan.

At the invitation of Zheng Daoming, the president of Chaoyang University of Technology, Chen attended the 25th anniversary of the founding of the university, and met with president Zheng Daoming and vice president Lai Kuikui, respectively, having an in-depth negotiation on the graduate student exchange program and summer camp program. Chen also visited the exchange students from NEFU there and went to their dormitory to visit and learn about their study and life. Since the signing of the cooperation agreement with Chaoyang University of Technology in 2015, NEFU has achieved good results in the exchange student program. This visit has deepened future cooperation between the two universities in student exchange programs and research projects.

At the invitation of Dai Changxian, the president of Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Chen visited Pingtung University of Science and Technology and had talks with President Dai Changxian. President Dai expressed warm welcome to Chen, and introduced the general situation of their univeristy. Chen also briefed President Dai on the general situation of NEFU and expressed the expectation to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two universities. Chen visited the Department of Materials Science and Design and the Model Exhibition Center, and met with NEFU exchange students. This visit to Pingtung University of Science and Technology is the first time since we signed a cooperation agreement with Pingtung University of Science and Technology. It is of great significance for deepening the future cooperation between the two universities.
