Recently, the national finals of the first "Yuyao Cup" National University Contest on Intelligent Robotics Innovations for Teachers came to an end in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, and the team of teachers from the NEFU School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering won the first, second and third prizes nationwide.

The team composed of Li Dandan, Liu Jiaxin and Liu Lin won the first prize, the team composed of Li Sanping, Sun Xue and Li Xingdong won the second prize, and the team composed of Zhang Dongyu, Li Jian and Wang Yangwei won the third prize.

This year's competition is divided into four categories: "robot experiment design", "virtual simulation experiment design", "remote real experiment design" and "domestic industrial robot (senior vocational)". Our teachers competed with Nankai University, Zhejiang University, Dalian University of Technology, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing Institute of Technology and other universities, and finally created good results and won good reputation for our university.

As an important part of the China University Intelligent Robot Creativity Competition and China Robot Summit, this competition is co-sponsored by the Chinese Society of Higher Education and the Organizing Committee of the China University Intelligent Robot Creativity Competition, which is a ranking project of teachers' competition of the Society of Higher Education and an important evaluation index of teachers' educational teaching ability in higher education. The competition aims to carry out and implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education, helping cultivate robotics engineering talents in colleges and universities, promoting the construction of Civics and New Engineering in curriculum related to robotics, and creating a stage for teachers to showcase and refine themselves.
