Recently, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Emergency Management Department and the National Health Commission jointly issued the Decision on Commending the Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Individuals in the 2020-2021 National “Ankang Cup” Competition. The NEFU Logistics Support Department gained the title of National Winning Team, which is also the only college team from Heilongjiang province to receive this honor.

“Ankang Cup contains the meaning of “safety and health. The competition, held every two years, is for cadres and workers on all fronts in the country. The contents of the competition include management of safe production, leaders awareness of safe production, workers knowledge of safe production, indicators of safe production, etc. The Logistics Support Department of our school, elected by the school trade union and recommended by the Heilongjiang Education, Culture, Sports and Health Trade Union, after winning the award of outstanding team of the “Ankang Cup” competition in 2018, stood out among more than 654,000 participating units in the country, ranking among the 800 winning teams.

In recent years, the trade union has implemented its main tasks, promoted the development of various labor emulations in schools, and hosted the “Ankang Cup” safe production competition in 2020-2021, which was joined by the NEFU Logistics Support Department. The department started with safe production, with the goal of improving employees' skills in safety and business, carried out various activities in an orderly manner. It also took the competition as an opportunity to build a management system for safe production, which improved corresponding regulations, enhanced employees' awareness in safety responsibility and abilities in emergency response and in professional skills. As a result, safe production has been sustained.
