On the afternoon of March 29, in order to listen to students’ opinions and suggestions on logistics work and provide them with better service, the school held the first “Dialogue with Logistics” symposium in 2023 at the reading-dinning room in Yifengyuan (new campus canteen). On behalf of more than 26,000 students, about 40 student representatives attended the symposium and gave their suggestions. The heads of six logistics departments including the Student Catering Service Center, Student Apartment Service Center, Commercial Service Center, Express Package Service Center, Life Service Center, and Repair Center, attended the symposium. The student representatives put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on catering services, accommodation experience, bath management, package safety, reasonable allocation of commercial services, maintenance of public facilities, etc. The heads of relevant departments recorded the students’ opinions and desires and gave corresponding solutions. The heads said that combining with students’ suggestions and existing guarantee capabilities, they will solve the problems through on-site inspection and research.

Su Yongtao, deputy head of logistics department, thanked the students for their ownership of constructing a better campus. He said that the school logistics department will continue to adhere to the work philosophy of “put teachers, students and the service first”, attach importance to the opinions and suggestions put forward by student representatives, and take immediate actions to continuously improve the logistics management services.

Since the first opening, “Dialogue with Logistics” symposium has been held for three years, basically realizing a monthly dialogue with student representatives and listening to their opinions and suggestions, which has not only improved the logistics services, but also cultivated students’ sense of ownership, enhancing their participation in constructing a better campus and improving their satisfaction.
