From December 15 to 18, the 28th Annual Conference of the Chinese University Scientific Journals Research Association was held in Haikou, Hainan Province. The results of the selection for the "2024 Model Case Library of Chinese University Scientific Journals" were announced during the conference. Four journals from Northeast Forestry University stood out for their exceptional quality and outstanding performance, earning a place in this prestigious collection. The Journal of Northeast Forestry University, Forestry Research (English), and Plant Research were selected as part of the "Top 100 Scientific Journals" in the "2024 Model Case Library of Chinese University Scientific Journals." Additionally, Forest Engineering and Journal of Wildlife Research were included in the "Outstanding Scientific Journals" category of the same library. Additionally, Xu Tao from the editorial team of Forestry Research (English) received the "Bronze Pen Award" in the "2024 Model Case Library of Chinese University Scientific Journals" for the research paper titled "Video Abstracts: A New Exploration in the Future Development of Scientific Journals."
