The Future Designer National Digital Art Design Competition (NCDA) is a prestigious national-level university competition aligned with international standards under the United Nations. Organized by the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, recognized by the Chinese Higher Education Association of the Ministry of Education, and listed in the National Ranking of Discipline Competitions for General Universities, the competition is supported by multiple provincial education departments and the "Xuexi Qiangguo" learning platform. Since its launch in 2012, the NCDA has been held annually for 12 consecutive years. NEFU has hosted the Heilongjiang Provincial Division for the past four years.
