Chen Wenhui(1964.05-) Female, Han nationality, was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. She joined the CPC in June, 1986, and started working in July, 1987. She holds a Master’s degree and is an associate professor.

She is a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Deputy Secretary of the NEFU CPC Committee.

She served as a counselor in the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Organizer in the Organization Department of the NEFU CPC Committee, Office Director of the NEFU Party School, Vice Chairman and Chairman in the Publicity and United Front Work Department, Secretary of the CPC General Branch of the Administration, Chairman in the Publicity Department of the NEFU CPC Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Administration, Deputy Secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Supervision Office. In July 2012, she became a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee, Deputy Secretary of the NEFU CPC Committee and Secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection. Since April, 2017, she has served as a standing committee member of the NEFU CPC Committee and Deputy Secretary of the NEFU CPC Committee.
