The Xunshi Cup National Undergraduate Public Administration Decision-Making Simulation Competition is among the most influential undergraduate student competitions in China’s public administration field. Through various simulations, the competition guides students to pay attention to hot issues in public administration in China, understand the core mechanisms and specific content of public administration, and experience the relationship between managers’ behaviors and outcomes in actual decision-making.

The Chinese Society for Science of Science and S&T Policy hosted this year’s competition, organized by the School of Political Science and Law at Northeast Normal University. A total of 23 teams from 22 universities in the Northeast region participated. Before the competition, the students from NEFU, under the careful guidance of their instructor Wang Xuemei, diligently practiced and engaged in continuous discussions and reviews of the simulation confrontations over four months, improving their competition skills. The team members worked together during the competition, skillfully applied their techniques, advanced to the final defense with excellent performance, and won first prize.
