Students complete foundational courses within their disciplinary categories during their early academic years to earn necessary credits. In later years, professional specialization takes place through a thorough evaluation of individual preferences, academic performance, educational resources, and societal needs. Grounded in moral education and talent cultivation, the college prioritizes undergraduate education as its core mission, blending professional training with holistic development. Through teaching and research initiatives aligned with socioeconomic demands and technological advancements, it nurtures application-oriented, interdisciplinary senior professionals equipped with innovative capabilities and practical skills.

The college supports undergraduate innovation, entrepreneurship, and scientific research by hosting various discipline-specific competitions. Students have access to high-quality faculty mentorship and essential facilities. They can apply for innovation and entrepreneurship credits. Academic publications and competition awards count as bonus points in the comprehensive evaluation for recommendations to graduate studies without entrance examinations.
