The College of Ecology has established a comprehensive talent cultivation system spanning “Bachelor’s-Master’s-Doctoral-Postdoctoral” tiers, offering an Ecology undergraduate program, master's and doctoral degree programs, and a postdoctoral research station. Recognized as Heilongjiang Province's first provincial-level high-caliber training base for fundamental disciplines (Ecology), it has pioneered a mentorship-oriented multidimensional faculty-student interaction model that integrates the "Five-Education Holistic Development" framework (moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education). This systematic faculty-student engagement throughout the educational cycle has yielded five key outcomes. Over the past five years, 126 postgraduate students (including eight international scholars) have graduated, with 52% of master's graduates and 35% of doctoral graduates serving in Northeast China. Currently, the program enrolls 122 undergraduate and 232 graduate students, totaling 348 learners.
